"Christa was very efficient at putting together a replacement policy that improved my existing insurance coverage and saved me money by bundling. She wrote up several iterations of policies so I could compare different options and very patiently and pleasantly went through these options with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A year ago, Rick, the owner, actually helped me find a policy with a DIFFERENT AGENCY when he realized that State Farm couldn’t offer me the coverage I needed at the time—what a class act.
